Based in Miami, Yormack Law,  is a boutique law firm founded by real estate, corporate and business lawyers. Our founder  Adam Yormack, Esq., with exceptional experience in our focused Practice areas, Real Estate, Litigation, Corporate and Emerging Technology.

Y Law’s Litigation Practice includes Commercial, Real Estate and Securities Litigation. We are approved counsel for the major D&O insurance carriers.

Y Law’s, Corporate and Emerging Technology is focused on the business objectives of our clients. We provide practical counsel on the clients’ day-to-day operations, and provide the legal and practical experience needed to manage and close complex transactions.
